Well kept garden, comon hang out area to bbq. Beautiful cozy place close to downtown and stadium and short drive to the beach. minimum a week or more please. Although I prefer to rent it monthly or more. I would appreciate if you could include basic info about yourself. Condo is good for a single person or a couple.
