This newly built floating cabin sits on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. It’s 1970s mod design is unique and fun! This rental has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen pull out couch. There is a full bathroom and a stocked kitchen. Soak in the hot tub and take in the waterfront views all around. While there are other cabins around, you have your own walkway and no one connected to you! Enjoy a kayak ride, fish, or just relax on your floating deck. This is located at Millennium Marina.

Suite has large bedroom with queen size bed and small sitting area and TV. Large livingroom with TV and small working area. Private bathroom with tub/shower. You can use upper deck in summer. You have excellent view of the St. Frances Xavier Basilica from the living room. Close to restaurants, shopping, park, trail, and basilica. GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND UNWIND!

Our little home is perfect for a weekend getaway or a weeklong business trip stay. We are minutes and walking distance from downtown Dyersville where you can find many shops, restaurants, bars and walking/biking trails. We are located 4 miles from the famous Field of Dreams site and walking distance to city parks.

The Penthouse is on the 3rd floor of 308 S. River Park Dr., across from Guttenberg's Lock & Dam #10. Enjoy River Side Park across the street, walking trails along the Great Mississippi River, rolling hills, open highways, outdoor recreational opportunities. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.

With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window!
