The apartment has heat and an electric fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, and A/C for warmer summer months. This Fairly vacation rental is operated and managed by a local Caretaker (that lives in the neighborhood!). Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive local host contact information who will manage your reservation, provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, your local host is available 24/7. *4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicles are required in the Rocky Mountains, especially during the winter months.

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
