Walking distance to bars and eateries. 5 minutes to more cute shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to downtown! Backyard is fully fenced (6 foot) for convenience with dogs. I did renovations in 2023 and am proud to share my home!

Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, this apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in East Nashville! This is a private apartment above our garage within our house. You will access the apartment through a private side door and walk through the garage, then up the stairs to the private apartment. There is no shared space aside from the gym in the garage (which you are welcome to use during your stay).

Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
