Högre upp på tomten finns ägarens bostad och ett friliggande litet hus med enkel dusch o liten bastu. Trädgården är en lummig oas med bäckar, odlingar, en japaninspirerad del, växthus, fruktträd, rabatter och en utsikt över skog o hagar. En hund bor här.
