The Wallowa Lake Chalets are situated between Wallowa Lake and the Eagle Cap Wilderness. These Chalets have an open floor plan and were designed to encapsulate the natural surrounding beauty. The decks of the Chalets stand 26 ft above the ground creating some of the most surreal views that can be found anywhere in Wallowa County. This vintage bus, delivered all the way from England, has been transformed into a guest retreat that will leave you feeling as though you stepped abroad for a refreshing vacation. We have all the comforts taken care of. Full kitchen, full bath and private bedroom all with views! Walking paths for miles, private parking.

High Desert Hideaway

Pets allowed inside if potty trained. Just a 5.3 miles from town. It is on the south side of Highway 20 east of Burns, you must go past Red Barn Road. There is red reflectors to help find the driveway at night. It’s a on a pivot that with permission and caution about buildings, pivot, equipment and the highway you may shoot ground squirrels and jack rabbits! There is a corral for horses and a kennel for dogs. It is centrally located for horse activities like cuttings, brandings.

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. A large comfy 14’X16’ safari tent on a deck 4.5’ off ground to take you away from it all! Luxurious King sized bed with memory foam mattress and a leather sofa bed. NEW beautiful private outdoor bath tub. We are off grid so we provide a WOOD STOVE, firewood is available, propane heater and power station for charging your electronics. Extra guests after 2 are $20 pp. a night. Please bring bedding for extra guests.
