The hideaway is nestled above a private field, in a grove of fir trees, overlooking the rolling fields of Hanham hills This hidden sanctuary provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature. Lie in bed listening to the dawn chorus or spend a night under the stars in our private field, the hideaway offers a truly unforgettable experience. Situated 20 minuets away from both Bristol and Bath, this hand-built hideaway is perfect for those looking for an idyllic country setting with the opportunity to explore two culturally beautiful cities. The hideaway is ideally located to provide privacy whilst offering spectacular views of the South West countryside. It has been designed efficiently to maximise space but maintains comfort and ensures a relaxing stay. Accommodating 2 guests, the Shepherd’s Hut is split into a cosy, elevated sleeping compartment with curtains for a comfortable night’s sleep and a fully equipped kitchenette/living area, beautifully furnished giving a rustic feel. Separated from the living space by a curtain, the bedroom compartment is cosy and private, boasting a king-sized bed The hut also provides a large adjustable wall-mounted TV, complete with Wi-Fi, which can be watched from the living area or the bedroom. The kitchenette is perfect for preparing simple meals, offering a sink with hot and cold water, handsome wooden worksurfaces, a microwave,oven,grill, 3 in 1 a kettle, and a fridge. After preparing your meal, you can sit on the soft sofa in front of the TV or take a seat on the foldable dining chairs accompanied with a foldable dining table. On a pleasant, sunny day you can take your meal outside and enjoy the rich birdsong that fills the air whilst eating your meal. If you are lucky, you may spot the deer that roam the fields surrounding the hut. Located a few meters away from the main space is a separate hut containing the surprisingly spacious heated bathroom with walk-in shower, W.C and washbasin. If an indoor shower does not appeal to you, the hut also provides a unique outdoor shower. Complete with hot and cold water, it is a memorable feature for you to enjoy, no matter the weather. A few steps away from the doors to the hut is a wooden staircase that leads you down into the field where you are free to roam and relax. Why not take one of the picnic blankets provided and enjoy a tranquil afternoon cup of tea on the grass or sipping the prosecco gifted to you in your Welcome Pack. This offers the best of both worlds. It is rural but well connected as there are several main roads that run through the area. It offers lovely country walks, many close to the river Avon. There are many public houses in the area (4 within a 10 min walk and an additional 5 within a 10 min drive) as well as local supermarkets. It is located halfway between Bath and Bristol; it is half an hour’s drive to each. Both are vibrant, fascinating cities with many attractions. Bath boasts the famous Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa and the iconic Royal Crescent. Bristol is famous for the incredible Clifton Suspension Bridge and the bustling bars and cafes along the Harbourside. We are also located 20 minutes away from the outstanding National Trust Area- Dyrham Park. A single story self contained annex, attached to the owners property., located close to Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Pucklechurch and half way between Bristol and Bath, making it a suitable base for both holiday and business accommodation, there is easy access to both M4 and M5 motorways, A46 Bath – Stroud , Bristol ring road, Emerson’s Green Science Park, and for keen cyclists is a stone’s throw from the Bristol-Bath cycle track.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

Ship shape and Bristol fashion A delightful, privately accessed annexe for you to enjoy. It has a kingsize bed and hanging space. There is a Roku TV so you can access your Netflix. We provide you with your own kitchenette and breakfast bar consisting of a kettle, toaster and microwave, washer/dryer. The breakfast bar doubles up as a useful workstation. We will provide you with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay - tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast bits and bobs and toiletries.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

'The Retreat' is a compact, Garden room in a quiet corner of Bath. Close to M4 and 5/10min drive to Center. En-suite with large shower. Free on-street parking. On bus route. Beautiful countryside views. Breakfast basket provided. Comfortable double bed. Nestled in lovely scenery, the Cabin is compact and contains all mod cons you would want for a short and relaxing break in Bath. Advised for a 1-2 night stay and as a place to rest after sightseeing - not really as a daybreak.

Garden Flat near Whiteladies Road with Parking

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

Studio 28, a stylish, sunny, studio apartment

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
