Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

The owners are designer/builders who have combined the elements of old world craftsmanship with high tech efficiency to create a living space that is bright, airy and yet cozy. Powered by solar, this attached carriage barn is located on a quiet back road 3.5 miles from Woodstock Village and 3 miles from GMHA. This beautiful modern house with rustic feeling has a lot to offer! It is ideal for 4 but comfortably fits a maximum 6 guests and is located right on Echo Lake, close to Vermont's main attractions. Enjoy winter and summer sports; spectacular mountain and lakeside views and fresh air! The house is not isolated in the woods, we only have one neighbor but it is near Scenic Route 100 and a boat ramp for fishing and recreational boating which can get "Vermont Country" busy on weekends.
