Fully functional kitchen with all pots, pans, dishes, spices, utensils, etc. Outside you have a wrap around porch, charcoal grill and fire pit with swing away cooking grate.

Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.
