Huset er 150 år og nylig totalrenovert med lekker mix av gammel sjarm og moderne design. En fredfull plass, med elven og naturen like utenfor stuevinduet, samtidig under 10 minutter gangavstand til Eigersund sentrum og 20 min til togstasjonen. Det er god plass i stuen til flere en 5 gjester og ved ønske og et tillegg i prisen kan to rom +bad i kjelleren bli disponibelt slik at det blir 10 sengeplasser. Noen detaljer i boligen gjenstod når bildene ble tatt, men vil være fullført før utleie.

Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset er det eldste huset på slekstgården vår Birkenes som ligger i Farsund kommune. Skipperhuset ble bygget på 1800-tallet og har blitt rehabilitert flere ganger, senest våren 2021. I samarbeid med lokalt malerfirma jobber vi med å gjøre huset så autentisk som mulig, bla.a ved å tapetsere stue, kjøkken og gang med skipperhustapet og linoljemaling for å bevare treverk m.m. Skipperhuset har en naturlig plass på gården og ligger vegg i vegg med bryggerhuset som har renovert bakerovn.

Stedet mitt er nærme sentrum, offentlig transport, parker og utelivet. Stedet passer godt for en person men kan huse 2 personer. Det koster 200kr ekstra pr.natt dersom dere er to. Seng(90 cm+madrass på gulvet). Det er mulighet for å lage enkel mat. Kokeplate, mikrobølgeovn++ NB! Kjøkkenkrok og bad/toalett er på samme rom. Et oppholdsrom med seng på 90 cm. Dersom 2 gester, ekstra madrass . Hybelen er i kjeller. Takhøyde ca.197cm. Sengklær og håndklær er inkludert. Gratis parkering i gata.

Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Welcome to Tråsavik, a holiday home in peaceful surroundings by the sea. The property is located in Hellvik, a beautiful village 15 minutes from Egersund. Here, you can rent the entire holiday home, with ample parking right outside the door. With the holiday home comes the free use of a fishing boat. The boat is located at a boat dock approximately 100 meters from the house. We are a registered tourist fishing business, with this you can export fish out of the country.

Vi leier ut vårt funkishus i Viga, i Spind. Huset er bygget i 2018, og har høy standard. I førsteetasje er det gang, vaskerom, tv-stue med sovesofa, bad, og tre soverom som alle er møblert med 2 enkeltsenger. I andreetasje er det et stort kjøkken, stue, spisebord, tv-område, soverom med dobbeltseng, og stort bad som er tilknyttet dette soverommet. Ute er det en svær terrasse med mye oppholdsplass, forskjellige sittegrupper, jacuzzi og bålpanne, og fin utsikt!

Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.

Naust ved sjøen på Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet er helt nytt og en del av sjøhusmiljøet mot Soknasundet. Det er brygge med fiskemulighet. Bygg og møbler er laget av den anerkjente arkitekten Espen Surnevik. Dersom dere kommer med båt er det god plass til båten ved brygga. Naustet er en del av Sokn Gard (se fb) som har mange dyr dere kan besøke, og garden har 5 km tursti.
