Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

Σπίτι φιλοξενίας 5 ατόμων με 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, ενιαίος χώρος, καθιστικού-κουζίνας η οποία περιλαμβάνει ηλεκτρική κουζίνα και φούρνο,ψυγείο,τοστιέρα, βραστήρα νερού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την θάλασσα και η κοντινότερη παράλια στα 100 μέτρα. Το κέντρο της πόλης μαζί και το λιμάνι απέχει 5 λεπτά περπατώντας. Σε κάθε χώρο υπάρχει κλιματισμός,παρέχεται δωρεάν wifi.Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ η το ποτό τους στο μπαλκόνι με θεά την θάλασσα και το λιμάνι.

OKUN Mediterranean residence is located at the best neighborhood of paleochora named Panorama. You can enjoy colorful sunsets and the endless view of the coastal area from all around the paleochora! Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room, large living room, private parking and garden. Two balconies and all the useful electric devices. WIFI & NETFLIX on the TV are provided. This is a traditional Cretan family owned house. The name comes from our grandma Olympia by whom it was originally owned. The unique atmosphere and vibes is something very special about this place.
