Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

Entrance foyer provides basic meal prep area with small convection oven and one pot induction burner. Bedroom/sitting area includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, teas and coffee. Shared chest freezer also available. BBQ and outdoor kitchen wash up area near accommodation. Complementary access to 18 acres of private property which includes trails, and lounge areas.

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Escape to serenity with our charming, lakefront guest cottage, nestled in a picturesque and tranquil setting. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from your own private patio. Outside is a fire pit, for cozy evenings under the stars. Adjacent is a small sandy beach and a boat dock. This gentle sloping property and level entrance make it easy to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 pc. bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

Cottontail Cabin, nestled on 22 acres of serene woods! This is the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in the heart of nature. The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!
