We are 5 minutes from the US 20 and US 33 off ramp. Shipshewana is 30 minutes East and Notre Dame is 30 minutes west. Be aware that trains do pass by the house 2 blocks away.

Plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. Door dash or UberEATS delivers to this location.

Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming house which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, weather it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road. There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.
