The perfect vacation home for you if you need a lot of space and want to be downtown! We are on the main street in town, two doors down from Hotel Earl and all the shops and restaurants in town! Beautiful Cedar ski chalet with large deck, located in woodsy area. Back deck with 7 person jacuzzi, get ready to relax after some skiing. Fire Pit located just off the back deck, completely covered fire pit also under deck,large gas grill on the front elevated deck. Chalet has a full kitchen. Billiards, pingpong, foosball and 6' air hockey table in the basement. Walking distance to Nubs Nob. Well trained pets are welcome for $35 nt or $150 wk. potty trained, non chewing, no going on furniture.

It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.
