Guests access the separate space with self check in. Please note the owners live upstairs.

Tranquility and peacefulness surround you and helps you push the "reset" button on life! Step out the door and immerse yourself in nature! Evenings can be spent around the firepit, roasting marshmallows (which are complimentary), listening to coyotes howling in the distance or just gazing at the stars! Our furry friends will abide for your attention and will be a constant companion as you stroll down to the creek or up the trail to catch the setting sun. Life is better in the Country!

-- Located on Commercial St. -- Cross street from ESU campus (Library) -- Private room entrance and locks. -- Short walk ( 1 minutes ) to breakfast shop or full service restaurant. ***** This is a beautiful and comfortable unit as long as you don’t mind about the stairs. This unit is at the second floor. To get access to the room, you need to go through a long stairway. Ideally not recommended for anybody with super heavy luggage. We do not have elevator. This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. The lodging is a cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" casual country setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious". This is not a "Disney" experience... frankly the farm "stay" isn't for everyone! Occupancy limited to online reservation. Be sure to review Kansas Laws for alcohol age use or illegal drugs list. No firearms are allowed on the Heartland Ranch property.
