Within a 10min drive from the town of Preveza, a 35min drive from Lefkada island and close to many different sights and crystal clear beaches. The house is fully A/C, offers a smart TV, free Wifi, a spacius bathroom and a small WC, washing machine, dishwasher, barbeque and is kids and pets friendly!

All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.
