We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. Private driveway for off street parking, wheelchair access ramp off back driveway area, fenced in back yard. Beautiful promenade on back street 1 short block away overlooking the bay. This home may not be well suited to anyone with balance issues as this is a older home. Floor surfaces may be/feel uneven..

Presque Isle State Park known as Pennsylvania's "seashore" is 18 miles away and offers swimming, hiking, cycling and other recreational water activities . Close to restaurants , grocery and shopping .

Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

This property is located next to our home. It overlooks Walnut Creek and features a quiet cabin with a private hot tub set in the woods yet still close to all the best Erie attractions. This cabin has everything you need to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy your time. Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the Millcreek Mall, Presque Isle Downs and Casino, Presque Isle State Park, and Waldameer.

Private 2 bedroom suite w/hot tub

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
