Devizes is 8 miles away, and Dominos do deliver We are on the King Alfred's Cycle Way and have locked garage space for cycles . We are within easy driving distance to Stonehenge, Avebury and the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.
