Studio 46 is newly re-opened! Having shutdown over the covid years, we took some time to do a few improvements. The Studio is an open & spacious private space for 2 guests in Burlington's South End. It's within a couple miles of the Church Street Marketplace & Waterfront events, and walking distance to the Pine Street Arts District, Craft Breweries, City Beaches & the bike path. This along with the convenient access to Interstate 89 makes it a great location for your next Burlington visit.

Newly remodeled with a separate entrance to first level of a raised ranch home. Private bathroom, queen sized bed and sitting area. There are down pillows and comforter on the bed. Eating area with table and chairs, microwave and fridge. Heated by a gas stove. We are a 10 minute drive to Burlington and a 10 minute walk to Bayside Beach and Park with lighted tennis courts and beach. There is a grocery/liquor store a 5 minute walk away. No pets allowed due to severe allergies in family member.

Upstairs is where you’ll find the master with full bath. There is a large deck and fire pit which is great for just hanging out. All this and easy access to the Mountain Road shuttle.

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
