A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. Owl house- a cozy two bedroom cottage on 2 private acres in the Goldstream Valley. Clean city water is delivered to the home's holding tank, and there is a washer and dryer and deep bathtub/shower. In the country (great for viewing Northern Lights), but just 4.5 miles from town. There are restaurants nearby for nights out, and a full kitchen so that you can also enjoy a night in. I spent over two years looking for the best place to have an Airbnb in the area, and this was the winning spot! It is less than 20 minutes from the airport. You are in a quiet, peaceful place with over 40 acres of trees and wildlife around. The home is on Murphy Dome which is the best point to see the lights and you can easily see the lights from the comfort of this comfy vacation home. Hunting, fishing, hiking...all walking distance! My car is available for rent as well if you need transport.

Beautiful and spacious daylight basement unit in the hills in west Fairbanks. Just a short 10 minute drive from the airport, but it feels like you're away from it all. This unit is located in the downstairs of our home, so you may hear the occasional pitter patter of tiny feet upstairs. We recommend AWD vehicle for winter use.
