A peaceful place to stay. Cozy basement with separate garage entrance. Everything is new and necessary to offer our guests a pleasant stay. Full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a brand new queen size bed, 2 TV's, 1 full bathroom And one half restroom. TV entertainment room with sofa bed for 2. Washer and dryer, AC/heating and variety of channels. Close to the highway, airport, downtown, Medical campuses, mountains, shopping centers and excellent restaurants.

Walkout Garden Apt - Whole Space (1000 sq ft)

Walk down a garden walkway to your own private patio and the entry to the Airbnb. The bedroom has a closed door and a queen size, luxurious memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's rest. A new comfortable couch in the living room has a pull-out queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and also a cute room cozy room for meditation or sleeping space on the futon. PLEASE: Only one pet allowed on the premises with the registered guest.

Estes Park Three-Bedroom Condo - 5 Beds, Sleeps 8!

There is no cleaning fee and guests are not expected to clean anything upon departure! You can leave the condo as-is when checking out :) The resort requires a valid ID and credit/debit card for check in. There is a $250 refundable deposit required. Please provide the full name you would like to use for the reservation when booking. WiFi is available for purchase at the resort.
