Rooms are warm and the floors are heated, so you don`t have to worry about cold feet in winter. You are welcome to take a bubble bath in cozy outdoor hot tub.

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
