Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

My space is peaceful (no tv), comfy & practical. Queen bed with cotton sheets, coffee & tea on the kitchen shelf, outfitted for simple meal prep. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). A large modern bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower completes this cute studio apartment!
