I'm a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef (paris) and I've had bakery cafes in both Hong Kong and now Portland. I lived in Hong Kong for 25 years and started a successful group of bakery cafes. I moved back to my home town of Portland Oregon to open a new bakery cafe focused on Swedish pastries and the Swedish culture of Fika.

Ever been curious to know what it's like to be a chef and work in a professional kitchen? We'll in this experience you'll get to jump right in and work in a commercial kitchen and learn the art of baking and pastry. In the kitchen, we'll provide an apron, all of your equipment and basic training and guidance on some of the products we make for the restaurant, as well as for wholesale customers…

O que mais deve saber

Please wear comfortable, not slip, closed shoes. Long trousers are a must and long hair must be pulled back. Comfortable clothes that you feel are ok to cook in and don't mind if they get wet or dirty
