After a few short-course triathlons, half and full marathons, a lot of cycling (including a 3000km tour of central China), I'm now more interested in short bursts of healthgiving exercise in beautiful environments. O que faremos

A one-hour session comprising 10 minutes warm up, 40 minutes exercise (cardio and/or resistance at an intensity dictated by you) and 10 minutes warm down. There's no need for weights or equipment, we just make use of your own body weight and naturally occurring inclines and obstacles — mixing activities up in the process to keep it fun.

You needn't have any concerns about your fitness level. My approach is very dynamic, and while I believe it's good for us both to test your limits, I don't believe in risking your wellbeing.
