I earned my master's degree in ceramics from London's Central Saint Martins. My creations are inspired by my observation of the human condition, and reveal gentle, decorative elements of humor.

Onde estará

We'll have our tea ceremony at the DaBanSa tea house in the Namsan Hanok village. This is a beautiful tea house and an incredible specimen of Korean architecture.

The experience with Jungeun was truly awesome! Jungeun is an incredible artist and I learned a lot from her. We laughed a lot! What a wonderful experience in Seoul! 2 days are just too short! Thank you Jungeun!!

Jungeun is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable host, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. This experience was a great way to get a taste of both traditional and contemporary Korean culture, and learn about how ceramics are important to daily life and the arts in Korea. I really feel that this was one of the best experiences of my trip to Korea and would especially recommend to those interested in the arts. It does take about 1.5 hours on the train from Seoul Station to Icheon but its worth it. As an artist myself, I really valued the opportunity to see practicing artists at work in their studio spaces. Also the food was great and the tea ceremony was fun and relaxing. Plus I was able to buy handmade ceramics directly from the artists.
