There are endless possibilities to explore all that our amazing nature has to offer for example; whale watching, Blue Lagoon in Myvatnssveit, Godafoss and in the autumn and winter experience the crazy aurora borealis and you can even take a beer bath at Arskogssandur. In the winter Akureyri is a winter sport town with a fabulous ski mountain Hlidarfjall.

This privately owned and luxurious cottage is located above Akureyri with amazing view overlooking the town, fjord and mountains. Only few minutes away from town central. Three bedrooms, one with double bed and the others with two single beds. Modern and spacious kitchen and living room with large windows. Two bathrooms and laundry with washer and dryer. Charming rural cabin for couples, outdoor shower

Registered number:- HG-00020047. The cabin is 15 m2 and is a hidden nugget in our garden overlooking the fjord opposite Akureyri. The cabin was completed in April 2020. There is a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and fridge. The WC is separate inside with a hand basin. The cabin is private and there is a half wrap around deck to enjoy the evening views and midnight skies. There is an outside shower with hot water for a natural experience. All products in the cabin are fragrance-free.
