In Lowertown-this quaint cottage with modern updates is your home away from home! Fully furnished and a well stocked kitchen make it a wonderful place for overnight stays or longer term rentals. Beautiful patio provides an urban sanctuary at the end of a long day. Close proximity to Mayo Clinic-downtown restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are within walking distance. Two blocks in either direction puts you on the trail system. Public transit 1 ½ blocks away and a laundromat is ½ block away.

The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space.
