Conveniently located near the thiefneck cut through, Lake Haven Cottage is in the center of the action. Sand Island (Meigs County), Long Island (Kingston), and Gizmo are only short boat rides away. Watts Bar Lake The Thomas is located across the road from Watts Bar Lake with a great view, circle drive with two entrances and big yard for parking multiple cars/trucks with boats. Shady Grove boat ramp is just a few 100 ft from the house. The ramp has a dock for easy loading and unloading. Out on the water there are four marinas with restaurants and gas docks. For you bass fshermen fishing tournaments out of Tom Fuller. The park is a short <10 minute boat ride from Shady Grove ramp

Come and enjoy our quiet, condo in the ❤️ of Fairfield Glades, Wilshire Heights area. Renovated in Dec 2019, guests can enjoy an open floor plan, new appliances and decor. Our unit sleeps 6 with a daybed/ trundle on the main level, King and Queen beds in the upper level rooms. Enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage on one of two porches and optional access to onsite resort amenities.
