Walking distance from "La Pared" surfing spot and a 45 min walk to "La Selva" , one of the TOP well protected surfing spots in the island, part of the Northeast Ecological Corridor (10 min drive, 4x4 accessible road).

Our spacious house is located near many popular attractions, including Luquillo Beach, los Kioskos and El Yunque Rainforest. Conveniently situated just a 30-minute drive from the airport, our place is the perfect base for exploring all the east side has to offer. The house has a charming garden with a small pool and, fully equipped kitchen, dining, BBQ and broad living area. All bedrooms have AC. One room also offers a comfortable private working space. Parking is free in front of the house.

Villa Rosa–Luquillo sits right on the beach, with a backyard that opens directly onto soft sand and the clear blue ocean. Located in a gated community, a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental townhouse in Fajardo, Puerto Rico! Up to 6 guests can enjoy a private hot tub, spacious third-floor terrace and all of the comforts of home in this 3,400 square-foot abode. We recently installed an automatic generator and a water tank for emergencies.
