Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Apartment Hans - Ferienwohnung mit Charme

Die neu renovierte und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaftem, unverbautem Bergblick auf den Kramer und die Ammergauer Alpen bietet sie auf 27m2 genug Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub in den Bergen und ist der perfekte Ort für Paare, kleine Familien oder Freunde bis zu 3 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter, und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Luggage is transported. Parts of the route can be crossed by cableway. Free-running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment

Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Die Region Garmisch-Partenkirchen zählt zu den schönsten Ferienzielen in Deutschland. Nicht nur die Schönheit der Natur oder die Traditionsverbundenheit der Bevölkerung, sondern auch die große Vielfalt an Freizeitaktivitäten machen das Werdenfelser Land einzigartig. Wir vermieten eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang. Das Studio besteht aus Wohnküche und Wohn-Schlafraum mit extra Bad. Die großzügige Südterrasse mit Zugang zum Garten wirst du besonders schätzen.

Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

Das offene Dachgeschoss Appartement mit 50 m2 (komplett ausgestattet) liegt zentral, nahe dem Kurpark, dem Kongresszentrum, der Fußgängerzone und unweit zum Bahnhof. Wanderungen können von hier gestartet werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker etc. in 3-5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Deckenhöhe ist teilweise erniedrigt. Große Personen sind eingeschränkt!! Wifi ist inbegriffen. Parkplätze an der Straße kostenlos. Zusätzliche Kosten: Kurtaxe: 3 Euro/Erw./Tag, 1 Euro/Kinder 6-16 J./Tag

Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

All shops, as well as the bus stop and the train station, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The gigantic mountain view through the large windows will fascinate you. Everything you need is there, including towels and bed linen.
