With a variety of local pubs, cafes and farm shops to walk or cycle to, or visit the pretty market towns of Wantage and Marlborough, and the cultural mecca of Oxford.

Whether you are staying for business or pleasure, we are ideally located with easy access to the M4 and A34 (c.15 mins away), great walking and cycling opportunities along the historic Ridgeway. The annexe is self catering with a kitchen/dining room, bathroom and bedroom/living room suite.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Symonds Barn is a spacious converted barn set in the middle of Childrey, a village on the edge of the Ridgeway, only 15 miles from Oxford. Choose between enjoying an escape to the countryside, with delicious meals in one of the many local cafes and pubs and walks through some really beautiful countryside (it’s a 5 minute drive onto the Ridgeway), or take advantage of the nearby shopping and culture in Oxford, Marlborough, Hungerford or Burford.
