Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

The shared compostable toilet is just a short walk away. There is also one full size bed & a twin trundle beneath it.
