Only a 10 min walk to three gorgeous beaches and 5 min walk to the local takeaway, coffee shop, restaurants, and bottle shop. Relax and breathe! Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.
