I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. 93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.

This Victorian home is a contributing structure to a National Register Historic District located in the quaint Erie Canal village of Jordan, New York. The house is only 450 feet from the NYS Erie Canal Bike & Snowmobile trail. The property has extensive gardens for the nature lover. A soothing saltwater pool set in a bohemian oasis is available to guests. Like to fish? Skaneateles Creek borders the back yard. Guests may also enjoy the relaxing fire pit nestled in an orchard.

Farmstay Scottland Yard -Wisteria- Glamping Tent

The Wisteria fits 2 adults and 1 child. This tent has a double bed, a small fold down love seat for child, frig, coffee station, dresser, and love seat. The tent is NOT heated or air conditioned. We provide electric blankets and a fan in each tent for hot or chilly nights. There is wifi access in the common areas/public spaces. There is nearby access to swimming, "The Duck Duck Go"- an outdoor shower and bathroom/2 shared full baths located in the great hall.
