It is the ideal adventure landing-pad with all the warm comforts of home you would need after a big day in the wilderness. Palmer and Wasilla are a mere 10 and 15 minute drive in either direction with groceries, amenities and unique local dining options in abundance.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV, and a spa-like bathroom for relaxation. There's a washer and dryer, so you’ll have all the comforts of home. Located near outdoor recreational spots like Hatcher Pass, this place is ideal for everyone.

Cottage at Rose Ridge

The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.

Adorable, cozy, private lakefront cabin, perfectly positioned for the BEST sunsets. Enjoy a relaxing dip in the hot tub - YES, it is serviced weekly and available year round! Our spacious deck overlooks the lake with built-in seating. Kayak or paddleboard, chill around the propane fire pit or cuddle up inside with the woodstove (supplemental, cabin has a forced air furnace!) 2 bedrooms, small room has a King bed, larger room has 2 Queen beds. Get ready to RELAX, you're on lake time!

Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Warm up in the steam room after a day of exploring. Kayak and paddle boat right from the dock (June–September), firepit, and watch for moose, cranes, and swans passing through the yard. Kitchen with bar seating, private lake access, and peaceful nature all around. Sleeps 5 comfortably, up to 7.
