Welcome to Raspberry Suites! A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with VIEWS of the Chugach Mountains. Thoughtfully decorated with "Alaskana" style and one of a kind Alaska Native art. This rustic retreat is right in the city and truly is the best of both worlds 5 minute drive to Airport 10 minute drive to downtown 5 minute walk to DeLong Lake 5 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, Bus Stop Close to Kincaid Park Apartment is on the second floor and is a walk up No Smokers Allowed

Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Anchorage Family Guesthouse

Our guest space is a 2 BR in-law unit on the downstairs level of our beautiful Alaskan log home. About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Family friendly, we welcome children.

Denali View! Sauna! 1 mile to Glen Alps/Flattop TH

Lone Pine Cottage is nestled against the Chugach State Park. Walk out the front door and explore the meadow of wildflowers below, or the forest next to the cottage which leads directly into the Chugach. The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

Ravenwood Suites

We aim for you to feel as though you’re visiting family. The property features a spacious yard with a swing set & sandbox for kids. Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, convenient laundry access, & the chance to see local wildlife right outside the back door — moose (often with calves), ravens, Steller’s jays, squirrels, & on rare occasions, a bear. We also provide plenty of resources to help you plan your stay.

In the famed "Bear Valley" neighborhood, where the bears are your neighbors :) This location will require a rental car but serves as a breathtaking retreat that's central to exploring Anchorage and its' surrounding areas. Close by are trails, a park, wildlife and plenty of privacy and space to enjoy your Alaskan getaway with friends and family.

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.
