Cute little home in the heart of Louisville. 1 mile from Churchill Downs and 10 mins from downtown & parts of the bourbon trail. Plant enthusiast and garden lover enjoying my slice of paradise. I work part time at a fitness studio teaching aerial yoga and barre. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 15 years and offer massages in my spare room upstairs during your stay as well. Amenities include beautiful deck, kitchen, linens and towels, ample parking, access to a washer and dryer. Also the upstairs bathroom has an original beautiful claw foot tub.

Quiet One Bedroom near Louisville KY.

Our place 25 minutes from Louisville, KY is in a small neighborhood in the Indiana countryside. It is quiet and serene, though we are an easy 10 minutes from I-64. We are 27 minutes from the Highland Festival Grounds and 24 minutes from the Ky International Convention Center and the downtown area. It takes 25-30 minutes to the airport. We access Louisville most easily via I-64 - no tolls. Our home was built in 1928 but updated, so charming and comfortable.
