Bring your family/ friends to the Adirondacks and enjoy our beautiful home minutes away from Lake George Village, and the race track in Saratoga. Relax on your private beach or kayak, paddleboard or float on our tranquil lake. The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a bedroom and full bath on the lower level. Both floors boast their own kitchen and living spaces with fireplaces and televisions. Enjoy the lake views from both levels with amazing decks/patios gas grills and fire table.

Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in this country farmhouse with a pool. Relax with the whole family. A sprawling 54-acre farm with gorgeous open views, stunning sunsets, a garden pool and 3 decks. Wildflower fields and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the quiet. For some action, we are 20 min to Saratoga and 20 min to Lake George. Enjoy the country life while spending your evenings on the town. On the farm or take a drive down to the grasslands or up to the lakes, this house is central to it all.

Our home is located on 5 acres within 20-30 minutes of the ADK, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, The Great Sacandaga Lake and Lake George which offers Restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, hiking, breweries, concerts, horse racing and much more. We are close to several ski areas such as West Mountain, Gore Mountain, and several mountains in Vermont. Bring your boat or jet ski and dock at our private dock on the Hudson River across the street. Our road is also a favorite amongst local cyclists.

We are 5 minutes to downtown Glens Falls restaurants, 10 minutes to West Mountain, 15 minutes to Lake George, and 20 minutes to Saratoga. Feel at home during any season visiting family or friends, as a home base for work, vacation, skiing, or to just get away to enjoy living and a small town feel. Relax with a coffee on one of the porches, a bbq, or a peaceful walk around the neighborhood or downtown.

Smoke free two bedroom, second floor, apartment between Saratoga and Lake George in a scenic country setting. Lots of natural light in every room, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Feel free to use the Gas Grill and picnic table for an outdoor meal. There are many great activities in the area to enjoy. 13 mins to track, 20 mins to SPAC, 15 mins to downtown Saratoga or Lake George. There's a beautiful patio with fireplace, chairs and wood for you to enjoy a nice relaxing fire.

Saratoga County Farmhouse

Nestled on 475 acres of farmland 20 minutes north of Saratoga Springs in a peaceful atmosphere with wild turkeys, deer and red tail hawks. This farmhouse hosted 12 kids growing up and working the dairy farm on the property. The farm is now a heifer raising farm for a local farmer and has 200 heifers on site. Tractors and trucks do still run on a daily basis. Smells and sounds familiar with a farm are present. The house is a ranch with a finished basement perfect for hosting large groups.

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Sittin’ On Bay

Sittin’ On Bay is a cozy home within walking distance of downtown Glens Falls. There is a Cumberland Farms a block away for quick food items. Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a guidebook within this listing with many local suggestions. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.
