There's a bathroom for worshin' up, a kitchen for cookin' vittles, a gatherin' room for pool and cards, a front porch with a swing so you can spit-n-whittle, and if Mother Nature allows, there's even a fire-pit for tellin' yarns. Contemporary studio in the heart of downtown Klamath Falls. Enjoy this vibrant and culturally rich urban neighborhood. Cozy Cottage Close to Crater Lake

The cottage is a cozy suite for two for a romantic getaway or a quiet night in the country. The property has a large lawn area with picnic tables and firepit for watching the stars and cooking s'mores. Our Cottage is the perfect size for two. It features a king size bed and two swivel chairs for relaxing as well a table for eating or working. The kitchenette has a microwave, sink, and mini-refrigerator, as well as a Keurig Coffee maker, toaster and dishes for two. There is also a bbq supplied.

Crater Lake Speakeasy

Welcome to the Crater Lake Speakeasy. This one-of-a-kind space is a mashup of mid-century modern and industrial steampunk decor. You will have exclusive access to our entire guest suite including a large living area, spacious bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette appliances, and dining/bar area. The space is geothermally heated so you won't run out of hot water and the concrete floors are warm on bare feet. When the space isn't rented, we love to host happy hours for our friends and neighbors.

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

Creekside Beaver Cabin

Kayaks, nature & internet at this modern Creekside retreat! Gateway to Crater Lake National Park, the Klamath Basin & Diamond Lake this cabin is a gem offering a peaceful getaway with 3 bedrooms & 3 bath. Beautiful interior, clean, comfortable with everything you need for respite or basecamp for adventure! Fully stocked kitchen & BBQ await! Washer, dryer in house! The dock & kayaks are for guest use & shared with our cottage next door. Eagles, ducks, beavers & more just outside the door!

The Sunset Ranch

Relax in the peace of a working mini-ranch where the sounds of chickens, crickets, frogs, and owls will quiet your mind. Sunset Ranch is just far enough away from the busyness of town to enjoy the most brilliant star-filled skies from the deck or take a short walk to the top of our property and watch the sun set over Klamath Lake! Situated off of Hwy 97, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Oregon Tech and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Downtown Klamath Falls is just 8 minutes away.

Agency Lake Front Apartment

Lakefront with beautiful view across Agency Lake to the mountains surrounding Crater Lake! This upstairs apartment has one good sized bedroom, with skylights, a desk area and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the world class fishing experience on the Williamson River. When turning off 97 there is a triangle reflector hanging on telephone pole.

Modern home in the woods just 25 minutes from the entrance of south entrance of Crater Lake National Park. Located in a quiet community near the shore of Agency Lake. Watch the sunset or soak in the oversized tub while a fire crackles downstairs. This cabin is surrounded by song birds year round, with resident bald eagles and great horned owls all in this last grove of old growth Ponderosa Pines on Agency Lake.

Myrtle's Yurt

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. No phone, no tv and no internet help you get away. Your cell may or may not get coverage here. (For urgencies, wifi/landline available in my main house). Private yurt with two shared bathrooms in an outbuilding. Please note, this is CAMPING with a bed. It can be hot, it can be cold, there may be bugs, there is no electricity, and no running water in the yurt.
