My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Bright and cheery in the bedrooms best suited for 2-4 adults or family with children. Wonderful sound of the river throughout the property. Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

Wandering Creek Cottage ~no cleaning fee~

Get away to a fairytale like cottage in the woods. This adorable little home is built on a hillside next to a mountain creek. You will be able to enjoy relaxing on the screened in back porch that is high up in the trees. Listen to the sounds of the babbling brook, bird calls, and breath in the fresh air of the forest. The tin roof creates a cozy sound on rainy days while you can cuddle up on a comfy couch and nap or watch a favorite movie. Not to mention wonderful hiking trails all around!

This spacious 4 bedroom farmhouse is located in Upper Tract, WV where you can enjoy hiking, fishing, rock climbing and the beauty of the mountain views. We are just minutes from the entrance of Smoke Hole Canyon, Reed's Creek rock climbing, Swilled Dog Cidery, South Mill Creek Lake and the Highlands Golf Club at Fisher Mountain.

three bedroom home with a large front porch. It sits behind a small country church so it is peaceful. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walkin shower and a shower seat. The living room and all three bedrooms have televisions. this house sits about two miles from beautiful South Mill Creek Lake and 8 miles from Smoke Hole. The house has starlink and it works really well. There is also a landline phone.

You'll also have easy access to our small-town amenities while being a short drive from some of West Virginia's favorite destinations like Spruce Knob and Seneca Rocks. You can also stay in and enjoy the mountain view without ever leaving the back porch.

It has 1/4 mile of private river front access for fishing, quiet, peaceful nature trails, abundant wildlife and is situated on a working cattle farm. Near to various recreational sites, but you may choose to spend your time relaxing on the deep, wrap around front porch.
