Explore both our urban trail and local favorites (digital guidebook provided). You will share our driveway, but we're happy to be as close or as far away as you like during your stay. Walk through the gate into your private garden and entrance to a bright studio apartment, separate but attached to my home in a usually quiet Flagstaff neighborhood. Enjoy a covered porch; a sweet sleeping, sitting and work space; a full bath and stocked kitchen-ini (microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and Macy's coffee). Just 3 miles from downtown and walking distance to Safeway, Cedar House Coffee shop, restaurants, Buffalo Park & forest trails. Dogs are welcome (no cats please).

Private 2 room Suite near Downtown Flagstaff

This is a private suite upstairs in our house, blocked off from the rest of the house. We own and manage this property, it’s not an investment, but extra space we are happy to share. We are a mile from downtown Flagstaff. The suite is 2 rooms plus a large bathroom, around 500 square feet. The queen bed has a Beauty Rest Pillowtop mattress, and there is a blowup single mattress. There is a fridge and microwave for leftovers. We do not allow pets. There is one guest parking spot in the driveway.

The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

Our home is at the foot of the San Francisco peaks (Cheshire subdivision) and guests have the SECOND floor (includes 1 bedroom). A separate entrance off the second floor deck leads to the cozy penthouse with cathedral ceilings, views of the San Fran peaks off the balcony & bedroom, a full private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a tv/living room (w/futon) -- perfect for your get-away! Second floor accommodations are good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids).

Peaceful Private Studio in Quiet Neighborhood

Private entrance and you have the studio to yourself. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker available. Private shed with lock to store bikes and snow gear. Easy 15 minute walk to downtown and minutes to the Flagstaff Urban Trail. No TV but we have great wifi Sleeps 2 in bed and 2 on futon (pillows and sleeping bags provided for futon, or linens are available upon request). Street parking on cul de sac during spring and summer, parking in driveway during winter.
