You get everything you see in the pictures, a complete private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.

My Guest House is attached to a single family home in the West End of Alexandria & offers 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bath & full kitchen. The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), less than 5 minutes to 395. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

Stay and Relax with the whole family in this brand new spacious basement apartment with lots of room for fun. The nightly rate includes up to two guests, and there is a $20 per night charge for each additional guest staying overnight in the unit.
