Owl house- a cozy two bedroom cottage on 2 private acres in the Goldstream Valley. Clean city water is delivered to the home's holding tank, and there is a washer and dryer and deep bathtub/shower. In the country (great for viewing Northern Lights), but just 4.5 miles from town. There are restaurants nearby for nights out, and a full kitchen so that you can also enjoy a night in. With a surplus of windows, the breathtaking Alaskan tundra/mountains are highlighted. Inside this custom built cabin, there is a cozy living room and a fully functional kitchen/bathroom.

The home is also great for small groups. We are on 6 acres with 100’s of acres of state land and hiking right out the back yard to explore. This is a place to escape from the rush of life & relax. The city, with shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life is a beautiful 20 minute drive & we often see Denali.

You'll feel like a real Alaskan here! No visible neighbors is such a peaceful feeling. Step outside onto the porch and sip your coffee while listening to the dog sled teams howling. You’ll likely see squirrels, birds, possibly a frog! If you're lucky you might catch some Northern Lights.

This cabin is a great way for couples and newlyweds to disconnect from the hectic world we live in and enjoy the peace and quiet of tranquility and seclusion on your own private 100 acres. A place to experience Alaska the way it was meant to be!

Tucked away in a beautiful forest of birch and spruce, our Hytte offers a thoughtful space to rest and explore. The furnishings have been thoughtfully curated to be minimalist, warm and peaceful. Many items are vintage or made by us. We have purposefully chosen amenities that are low waste and environmentally conscious. As a welcome to our guests, we provide fresh eggs from our flock of chickens, homemade granola, milk, fresh fruit, coffee and tea!

Northern Lights views from bed!

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
