We have a cozy one bedroom apartment that is available on the top floor of the home and has its own independent and separate entrance! Comes with free parking on premises; recently renovated; neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping center with grocery store, laundry mat and restaurant is available within walking distance! We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!

We are only accepting dogs at this point. Pets are at homeowners discretion. Theres an additional charge of $20 per pet per day. Owner is responsible for damages. Older dogs and puppies that have bathroom issues are not allowed. Dogs that chew and destroy are not allowed. Dogs MUST be walked far away from our home, we are on 2 acres . . . Owners are responsible for cleaning any pet mess. Look at additional rules regarding pets.
