Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! The rustic barn has open floor plans upstairs and down; odorless, waterless composting toilet; separate shower room; patio w/ fire-pit, and wood-fired stove. Upstairs, the communal sleeping space has queen and twin beds suitable for a family or CLOSE friends. 7 minutes from downtown. Well-equipped kitchen, yet no dishwasher. Private trail leads to a secluded, woodland lean-to and crosses onto state land. The trail continues informally and summits Little Seymour with great views. Permit #200059

McKenzie Mtn Way Chalet

Beautiful location in Bloomingdale with views of Whiteface Mtn and the McKenzie Mtn Range. You and your family and friends can enjoy the secludedness from your busy lives while sitting next to a campfire in the large fire pit in the yard. Located only 10 min from Saranac Lake, 20 min to Lake Placid, and 30 min to Whiteface Mtn., our home offers many close by outdoor activities and experiences (hiking, biking, boating, swimming, downhill and x-country skiing, skating, sledding, dog sleds, etc)

Take it easy at this cozy and tranquil getaway in the woods we call The Little Cabin on Sunset Ponds. This cabin is on 13-acres with two ponds. It is also located right off the snowmobile trails/cross country ski trails in Gabriels, NY. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect place for a home base while you go on your very own Adirondack adventure. The VIC center is close by, fishing, lots of hiking and paddling… 10 minutes from Saranac Lake 30 minutes from Lake Placid

This beautiful cabin is Brand New and we can't wait for you to make the best memories on this property. We just finished the outdoor landscape/firepit area and are so excited for our guest to a cool evening around the fire. You won't want to miss the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our wrap-around deck while drinking a hot cup of coffee or sitting in the hot tub. You can also spot turkey in the front yard and if you're lucky maybe even a moose. (Warning Signs on the Road for them)

Village Cottage-Walk to Downtown/Rail Trail

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the rail trail and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

Waterfront Loft

This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Adirondack Autumn: Unique Chalet with Hot Tub!

Modern design in a unique setting create a special Adirondack Experience without the crowds. New construction on 3 levels with natural light throughout. River Road Log Lodge overlooking Whiteface Mt

Adirondack log lodge-style home sited on a hilltop near Lake Placid's ski jumps, overlooking Whiteface Mt and panoramic forest views with no other houses in sight. This Lake Placid log home has 8 beds across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, spread over 3 levels of living, with ample outdoor living areas of bedroom ,walkout balcony, large decks, and covered porches, helping to keep a close connection to nature both inside and outside the house.
