Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.

A country retreat in a conservation area with a friendly English pub/ restaurant just a short walk away. You will find a welcome pack of tea, coffee milk, ,butter and snacks on arrival and the smell of your fresh bread as it finishes baking.. Nearby car charging point.

There is a shower room and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tabletop hob and TV. Nice views of the garden. Underfloor heating throughout. We're on lovely cycle routes and dog walk. We have secure storage for bikes if you need it.
