"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Tiny House on the Frio is a cozy get-away situated in the Frio Canyon on five acres in the spectacular Texas Hill Country and less than 100 yards walking distance to private Frio River frontage. The perfect setting for adult couples only, that want to get away for a peaceful and quiet stay away from the crowds. Located five miles north of Leakey, fifteen minutes from Garner State Park, thirty-six miles away from Lost Maples State Park and 82 miles to Fredricksburg.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.

Deer Run 7 Cabin - Sleeps up to 20

When the Frio River calls, stay at Deer Run 7, a spacious four bedroom, four-bath cabin (with two lofts) in Concan. The cabin is within steps of food, convenience and liquor stores. Nearby is a hiking trail, public swimming pool, and miniature golf. There is an outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit, horseshoe pits, corn hole boards (bean bags included), disc golf basket (discs included), and volleyball net (ball included).
