The Market Guesthouse

Welcome to our country retreat 1/2 mile from I-65. Stay for a night during a road trip or a little longer and enjoy the area. Visit the Poarch Creek museum or casino at Exit 57. We're close enough for day trips to FL & AL beaches (about 1.5 hours). If you're into history, it's not far to the USS Alabama battleship or Fort Mims. Across the street is The Warehouse Market & Bakery, so you can grab some cinnamon rolls and groceries. Splash pad, parks, shopping & more in the town of Atmore (6 miles).

This is a one-bedroom house with a living room and kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This place is tucked away from the busy streets which makes it the perfect place to relax and rest while you enjoy the beautiful country experience. This property is located right off of Highway 84 West. It is about ten minutes from the Monroeville Square and Courthouse. It is also ten minutes from our local Walmart and some good eating places and the Pulp Mill located at 2373 Lena Landegger Hwy.

Located about 5 miles off the Historic Downtown Square in Monroeville which is home to the Old Monroe County Courthouse. This location was copied in the movie " To Kill a Mockingbird". The Cottage is located on Seales Farm- a working cattle farm with views of pastures, grazing horses and some unusual sounds (guineas and lowing cattle.) This pastoral and rustic setting offers solitude- NO TV and NO WiFi . - There is a private outdoor seating area with a great view. We are a little more than an hour from Pensacola Beach, Fl. which boasts historical Fort Pickens and 75 miles from Gulf Shores, AL. Wind Creek Casino just 20 minutes away.
