It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

In the heart of the Frome conservation area and only 8 min walk from the independent shops and restaurants, this lovely quiet retreat has everything you need to enjoy Frome with easy free parking, great social space and pets are welcome. A kitchen diner with sofa and breakfast bar that opens onto the private sunny garden plus a separate dining room and lounge with wood burning stove. With two double and single bedrooms, plus a full size comfy sofa bed and a roll top bath perfect for relaxing.

Designed by a local architect and boasting stunning views, the apartment is attached to a unique mid-century family home but offers guests a separate, private entrance. There is off-street parking and a secluded outside seating/viewpoint area.

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). Lovely stone architecture, historic buildings, blissful countryside and 3 min walk from our awarding-winning village pub The Talbot Arms. Close to Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Lacock (Potter fans) Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. Easy drive to Cotswolds, the Dorset coast, Wales and Wye Valley.
